Once the file has been opened (or saved then opened), a window will pop open that shows the contents of the .zip file. Depending on the software used to open the .zip file, find the option to "extract" the files to a folder you designate on the computer. Once all of the files have been extracted, search for a file called "RBWeb_Start" and double-click to start.
** If the .zip file cannot locate a software to open, you
may need to download one of the following programs:
