Reporters
Driver and Nix Court Reporters was formed in 1998 when Larry Driver and Kahryn Nix merged their two firms. Larry began his court reporting career in 1978 and Kahryn in 1980. The firm has on staff over 20 highly-experienced reporters, of which six are realtime reporters, and two videographers.
Driver and Nix specializes in reporting medical, technical and complex commercial litigation. All reporters on staff use computer-aided transcription systems. Litigation support services include realtime (using CaseView, Total Access, Live Note, or Summation software), instant copy, expedited/daily copy, ASCII/Amicus/Summation disks, Pubnetics E-transcripts, transcripts via e-mail, mini transcripts, word indexing, and hyperlinked exhibits.
In addition, Driver and Nix offers video conferencing, video streaming, web streaming, on-line repository, and transcript/video synchronization.
